Pa’Lante: 2025 Year of the Snake

PA’LANTE (contraction of para adelante): to go forward, forward thinking, onward, KEEP GOING!

2025 marks Year of the Snake in the Lunar New Year Calendar.
I was inspired by my personal growth, working on shedding old habits and old ways of thinking.

The snake symbolizes regrowth, shedding the old and stepping into the present/future fearless.
snake’s shed their skin multiple times a year which is symbolic for me as humans, our learning, growth and healing is constant.

Cacti, Yellow and Emarald hues are added to this painting as “good-luck”
